JURISDICTION

This instrument is governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The Parties elect the Judicial District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, to the exclusion of all others, however privileged, as the court to settle any and all disputes arising from these Terms of Use.
