Lighting is provided as required. The facility has a minimum clear height of 8.53 meters (28 feet), 8 dock doors, 1 drive-in ramp, and a bay size of 12.1 x 18.9 meters (39.7 x 62 feet). The fire protection system includes fire hoses and cabinets. HVAC systems and an electrical substation are included as required. There are 70 automotive parking stalls.
