Reforma 445 Corporate Tower is an office building under construction in Mexico City, located on Paseo de la Reforma near the Diana the Huntress fountain. The project is being developed on the former site of Aeroméxico’s headquarters and will reach a height of 201.3 meters with 46 floors above ground. The tower will feature high-end corporate office spaces, ground-floor retail areas, and 13 underground parking levels, offering a key mobility solution in this high-traffic area. Its reinforced concrete structure and deep foundation system are designed to ensure stability in a seismic zone. Reforma 445 also stands out for its sustainable approach: it will include 13.7 kW solar panels, a wastewater treatment plant, and a rainwater harvesting system to reduce environmental impact. The project aims to contribute to the urban experience on Reforma and establish itself as an architectural landmark through its modern design, advanced engineering, and commitment to sustainable development.
